Non-Discrimination Policy
Our Commitment: The Journalistic Development Matrix is committed to radical meritocracy and genuine diversity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability or age.
Inclusive Evaluation: Our selection process is designed to identify journalistic potential regardless of background. We encourage applications from underrepresented voices because, frankly, the industry needs them.
